Q1. How much is Postage and Packaging?
Maximum of £12 per consignment,
delivered next week day.

Q2. How long do orders take?
Orders can take upto 28 days to make;
we do however dispatch orders as soon as we can and orders
are usually completed in just over 14 days.

Q3. How do i know you have
received my order?
we will send you an order confirmation
by E-mail.

Q4. How will i know when
my order is dispatched?
We will E-mail before we dispatch or
telephone with conignment details.

Q5. What is your returns
policy?
All damaged goods must be reported within
24hr of delivery or we cannot except responsibility. Goods
that are returned as they not wanted or exchanged must be
returned within 14 days and a returns charge of £12
